The axolotl - the cutest little amphibious squish that still roams. Did you know that the axolotl is almost extinct in the wild but does well in captivity? Their name originates from Aztec mythology, they can regrow almost any part of their body, they stay in the water their whole lives despite being amphibians, and their gills protrude from their bodies. How cool are they? This little axolotl is quite happy to roam in its cubic home.
